DNA extraction for Activated Sludge Microbiome (MWMI)

This protocol (version 141021) was used for all samples of the Activated Sludge Microbiome studies in Municipal Wastewater Microbiome Initiative.

DNA extraction for Anaerobic Digester Microbiome (ADMI)

We plan to use the same protocol as that for MWMI.
